Before you start
What happens when I enter my registration?
It is saved against the account you create. We then build the vehicle — MOT and tax dates, plus other vehicle data — so it is waiting for you the first time you sign in.
Can I add more than one car?
Yes — up to 10 on a personal account, at £4.99 per vehicle, per month. You can add them at signup or later.
What if my vehicle is not found?
You will be asked for the details once, on first sign in, and everything else works as normal.
What are the optional extras?
Claims and incidents tracking at £1.99, which is coming soon. You add it from inside the app only if you need it; the £4.99 subscription covers everything else. Driver licence checks are not sold to individuals: you can only buy your own from the government service. Businesses can buy them through CarCloud for their employees and subcontractors.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the app. Your documents stay downloadable for 30 days afterwards.
