Regulatory status. CarCloud Solutions Ltd is an appointed representative of ComplianceTrak Ltd (company number 11095036; registered office 14 Wistanes Green, Wessington, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 6JN; FCA Firm Reference Number 914597; www.compliancetrak.io), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. CarCloud Solutions Ltd is entered on the Financial Services Register under Firm Reference Number 1055210. You can check this at www.fca.org.uk/register. We act as a credit broker for vehicle finance (not a lender), introducing customers to a limited number of lenders, and we introduce customers to FCA-authorised insurers and insurance brokers (including for GAP insurance, warranty and asset protection products), for which the provider pays us an introduction fee. We are not an insurer and we do not advise on or recommend specific insurance products. We never hold client money. We work with a limited number of FCA-authorised providers and do not search the whole market. When our partner features are available (coming soon), if you were introduced to us by one of our partners, we will refer you back to that partner for the products and services it provides. We recommend providers, not specific policies or finance agreements, and we are paid a commission by the provider, not by you.
By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.
These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our site:
