The contract between you and CarCloud Solutions Ltd when you subscribe to and use the CarCloud Platform.

About these terms
These Terms of Service are the contract between you and CarCloud Solutions Ltd when you use the CarCloud platform and services. They apply to Business Subscribers and to Individual / Consumer Subscribers.

Who each part applies to
- Part A applies to everyone who uses CarCloud.
- Part B applies to Business Subscribers (companies, fleet operators and organisations).
- Part C applies to Consumer / Individual Subscribers (private individuals).
- Part D applies to grey fleet drivers and other employee, worker and contractor data on a Business Account.
- Schedule 1 sets out the data processing details for Business Subscribers.
- Schedule 2 sets out subscription fees and pricing.
If you were invited to CarCloud by your introducing Partner, read Section 5 (Audience Partner Introduction) carefully, as it explains how that works.

CarCloud gives information, not financial, insurance or legal advice.
CarCloud is not a lender or an insurer. It intends to introduce customers to a limited number of finance and insurance providers in future, but does not do so yet and currently earns no commission. If CarCloud introduces you to a provider in future, it may receive commission, and we will tell you about this before you proceed.
CarCloud’s vehicle-management, reminder and administration services are not regulated by the FCA. Features marked “not yet available” may change.
You can check CarCloud’s status on the FCA Register. Complaints: hello@carcloudsolutions.com. If you remain unhappy with how a complaint about a regulated service is resolved, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
